About Warren Melamed

A resident of Brentwood, Tennessee, Warren Melamed, DDS, has over 45 years of experience in the dentistry field. He established Embassy Dental in 2005 and spent nearly 12 years leading the Nashville-based specialist practice as the chief executive officer. Prior to Embassy Dental, Warren Melamed, DDS, served as the chairman, chief executive officer, and chief dental officer of Monarch Dental in Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas. He initially founded it as Monarch Dental Associates in 1981 and expanded the practice through acquisition of other dental groups. The business went public on the NASDAQ Stock Market in 1997 and subsequently achieved $225 million in revenue.

Since his departure from Embassy Dental, Warren Melamed has remained committed to promoting awareness of dental-health issues and oral cancer. He also engages with local and national nonprofits, such as Nashville CARES and the Oral Cancer Foundation, respectively. His personal interests outside of dentistry include playing golf, reading, and taking walks along the beach.
